This crisp, zesty, SIP certified sustainable bottling is made of 100% Albariño grown in Monterey in California's Central Coast. Showing chalky minerality and fragrant aromatic notes of Asian pear, ginger, lemongrass and meyer lemon, this is slam-dunk domestic Albariño that will give its Spanish counterparts a run for their money. Fermented and aged in neutral oak, with only 312 cases produced in total.
