This deep, complex, SIP certified sustainable bottling hails from Paso Robles in California's Central Coast and is comprised of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Sangiovese and 10% Teroldego all co-fermented together. Peppery and floral, this shows remarkable freshness and vibrancy with lively layers of blackberry, black cherry and red currant fruit. This was aged for 8 months in neutral barrel but is not oaky in the slightest, and was made by the extremely talented Xavier Arnaudin of Union Sacre Winery.
