This organically grown, dry-farmed bottling hails from Loncomilla in Chile's Maule Valley and is comprised of 80% Pais (AKA Mission grape) and 20% Carignan. Sourced from extremely old vines dating back to 1895, and fermented in cement tank with wild yeasts, this Pipeño is juicy, bright and sassy with with crushed graphite minerality and vivid red plum, strawberry and bing cherry flavors. Perfect served with a slight chill.
