This stony, bone-dry, certified organic Riesling hails from Marlborough in New Zealand and is perfectly varietal in style. This opens with classic petrol aromas on the nose and moves into a racy, acid-driven expression that shows fabulous mineral notes of crushed slate, lime blossoms and fresh pineapple and granny smith apple fruit. Crisp and beautifully chiseled on the palate with excellent acidic verve.
